Hello! 

My name is Taneisha, and I am a dedicated early childhood advocate with a deep passion for nurturing young minds. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Community and Organizational Leadership, as well as a Master's degree in Early Childhood Studies. For the past 12 years, I have embraced the joy of working with children and families. Spending 10 years in the classroom, I focused primarily on preschool-aged children, where my love for teaching blossomed. My commitment to education has been recognized with a regional Teacher of the Year Award and the Terri Lynne/Lokoff Children's Tylenol Child Care Teacher Award. In recent years, I have transitioned into a role as an early childhood consultant, trainer, and coach, providing invaluable support to early childhood programs. In 2021, I proudly founded Go Baby Go, a local nonprofit organization that operates a diaper bank to assist families facing diaper need. My journey has brought me back to my love as an early childhood teacher, rekindling my passion for working with families. Through Thrive-Early, I aim to inspire and empower parents as they navigate the transformative first five years of their children's lives.
